UG Solutions emerged as a needed security arm for those involved in humanitarian efforts in Ukraine in 2023. We may be comprised of American veterans, but our focus is on delivering best in class security to ensure that aid delivery, humanitarian staff, and the logistics lines needed to move aid to storage and distribution locations are protected.
As the security partner of choice to staff the vehicle checkpoint as a part of the Winter 2025 ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, we were trusted by both sides to act professionally and with integrity. We built relationships with the local community and streamlined screening and passage of international organizations and international nongovernmental organizations. The 9/11 veterans on our team understand the constantly changing nature of warzones and that peace is all too fragile, especially in Gaza. Daily, we refine our operations to meet the needs of the Gazan people, so that they feel comfortable once they are inside a distribution site that we secure. Our medics are vital gap fillers for a collapsed Gazan healthcare system, our security personnel work with local Gazan staff to streamline distributions, and our leadership builds relationships with NGOs operating in the Strip.
Today’s press conference with President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu signals that peace is finally near. UG Solutions remains committed to supporting the humanitarian relief effort in Gaza and to delivering security to aid delivery work that respects the Gazan people and understands the concerns of the Israeli people. We look forward to working with the Peace Board and the many organizations that will bring peace, stability, and reconstruction to Gaza.
